Marc Bleaman was born in Queens, New York City, and raised in suburban New Jersey.  Marc studied political science and criminology at Rutgers University graduating in 1991.   After too many cold winters and rainy weekends, Marc moved to Tucson, Arizona, to attend law school at the University of Arizona College of Law.  During law school he focused his studies on trial practice and began clerking for a litigation firm.

After graduation from law school, Marc worked for large law firms handling insurance defense matters and worked two years as in-house counsel for a large, national insurance company.  Marc learned early the skills necessary to litigate personal injury claims and tried his first civil, jury trial three years after graduating law school– years before most attorneys.  After several jury trials, Marc left the setting of the large firm and opened his own law firm in 2003.  Although he continued representing insurance companies, businesses, and their insureds/employees, for many years Marc also began to represent injured individuals and families.  Marc now only represents injury victims.  Marc’s clients are from all walks of life from laborers, professionals, and athletes.

Marc prides himself on being caring, honest and straight-forward with his clients, and offers no false promises, gimmicks or fancy slogans.  Marc strives to provide the highest professional service to each of his clients.
